We offer free UK Standard Shipping on all orders.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within one working day with Royal Mail 48hr tracked service.
Single Eye Pillows are shipped as a large letter and fits nicely through the letterbox.
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to be delivered.
Please Note Royal Mail along with most couriers are currently experiencing high volumes along with a reduced workforce due to COVID-19. This means your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Fully tracked courier service.
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after midday will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be delivered.
European Union - a flat shipping rate of £8 will be added to your order. Orders over £100 will be shipped free of charge.
United States, Canada and Australia - a flat shipping rate of £15 will be added to your order.
Rest of the world - a flat shipping rate of £25 will be added to your order.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day from purchase. Orders will be shipped with a fully trackable service.
Please allow 3 to 10 working days for your order to be delivered.
In some cases international deliveries will take longer - get in touch with us if you would like an accurate estimate of delivery time for your destination before you place an order.
Will I be charged tax or duty?
Our products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis and as such customers outside of the UK are responsible for paying all taxes and duties incurred. If your order is subject to additional tax and import duties levied by local customs, you will be contacted by the local customs/courier directly.
Purchases can be returned to us in original condition within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping.
If you wish to return your item, please notify us via email with your full name, reason for return and state clearly whether you would like a refund or exchange and we will get back to you within 1 working day.
We recommend that you send it back to us using a recorded delivery service that will insure you for the value of the items.
There may be an additional transaction charge for postage and packaging on exchanges. We will inform you of these charges beforehand.
We can only offer to exchange undamaged items if the original product arrives back with us in condition fit for re-sale.
We will refund your item once received. An email of receipt will be sent to you once we’ve processed the refund.
